About France Park Falls

France Park Falls is a 15-foot fan in Indiana.

It's fullest after rain, and flow can drop off during dry spells — plan around recent weather.

Plungeworthy rates France Park Falls 5.8/10 — worth a detour. The score weighs its scale, how confidently it's mapped, and its character.

What you'll find

France Park's waterfall is properly named Kenneth Cascade — a roughly 15-foot falls in a 550-acre Cass County park built around a flooded limestone quarry near Logansport.

The quarry is the headliner: swimming beach, and scuba divers exploring a submerged school bus, an airplane, and several boats on the bottom. The cascade is the quieter reward on the 1.4-mile loop around the water.

Come off-season for the falls — the summer crowd is here for the quarry, and spring flow is when the cascade earns its name.
