A 3-foot ledge stretched an extraordinary 200 feet across the Caney River near Cedar Vale — an old covered-wagon crossing beside the vanished settlement of Osro. Real, historic, and unusually wide — but reaching it means driving an unimproved road across a farmer's field with no documented public easement.
